Protocol Unveiled for the End of the Transitional Presidential Council’s Mandate

The Protocol Office of the National Palace has released the official program for the ceremonies marking the end of the Transitional Presidential Council’s mandate, scheduled for Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the Villa d’Accueil.

According to the protocol, the ceremony will begin at 9:30 a.m. with the arrival of officials: government members, heads of diplomatic missions, representatives of international organizations, and the Prime Minister.

The President and Presidential Councilors of the CPT will arrive at 9:55 a.m.

The program includes several speeches, notably by the Secretary General of the Presidency, the Prime Minister, and the President of the CPT.

The ceremony will conclude on the forecourt with presidential honors rendered by the National Police band, followed by an official photo session.
