The Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) published this Wednesday the detailed procedure for the request and issuance of certificates required within the framework of the electoral process, in accordance with the decree of June 2, 2026, as amended.
Candidates concerned must send a written request to the Governor of the BRH, at the address 1, rue Mercier Laham in Delmas 60, attaching a copy of a valid ID (NINU or passport).
The processing time is set at a maximum of eight working days.
Collection is done in person or by proxy with power of attorney, upon presentation of an ID.

The document, signed by Ronald Gabriel, specifies the mandatory information on the certificate, including the file number and the institution’s authentication elements.
