The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship informs the public that, since October 1, 2025, documents submitted for legalization are now processed and delivered the same day. This decision is part of ongoing efforts to modernize services and reduce administrative delays.

Submissions are accepted on business days between 9 a.m. and noon at the ministry’s reception desk. According to the notice, processing times have gradually improved, going from two days in January to one day in September, before reaching the current same-day delivery starting at 3 p.m.

The ministry emphasizes that this reform reflects its commitment to providing high-quality public service and customer care to all users. This change marks a significant step forward in the management of consular and diplomatic procedures.

The ministry calls on everyone for cooperation and understanding to ensure the proper implementation of these measures. It reaffirms its commitment to strengthening the efficiency of its services for the benefit of citizens and institutions alike.
