Prime Minister Garry Conille appoints Rouseline Guillaume, communications director of the Prime Minister’s Office

The communications bureau of the Prime Minister’s Office announced on Tuesday July 9 that Madame Rouseline Guillaume was designated by the Prime Minister, Dr Garry Conille, as the new communications director of the Prime Minister’s Office.

Rouseline Guillaume succeeds Chenald Augustin, who was transferred to the Training and Development Center for Civil Service Agents (Cefopafop in French), an organization attached to the Prime Minister’s Office. Augustin led the Prime Minister’s communications unit for more than three years, strengthening the visibility of government actions.

At the same time, the beginning of June saw the appointment of Jean Jules Desauguste as spokesperson for Prime Minister Garry Conille, a decision which is part of the desire to strengthen the Prime Minister’s communications team and ensure effective and consistent delivery of government messages.
