In a statement released on June 23, the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) raised the alarm over the discovery of numerous falsified documents within the administrative regularization process for teachers. These irregularities were detected during a review of files submitted following the agreement signed on January 20, 2025, with the six main union platforms in the education sector.
Among the anomalies identified were forged appointment letters and counterfeit diplomas from the baccalaureate, the Teacher Training School (ENI), and the Training Center for Basic Education (CFEF). The Ministry strongly condemned what it described as “fraudulent attempts to manipulate state administrative procedures.”
The MENFP called on trade unions to “act responsibly and vigilantly” by ensuring the authenticity of the documents they submit. It reiterated that a rigorous verification process is underway in coordination with the relevant institutions, to authenticate every file received.
The Ministry warned that it reserves the right to prosecute both the perpetrators and accomplices of these fraudulent acts in accordance with applicable laws. It reaffirmed its commitment to continuing the regularization process but only within the bounds of ethics, legality, and transparency.
Finally, the MENFP thanked its genuine partners who support efforts to clean up the education system and expressed hope for strengthened cooperation to ensure a fair, credible, and efficient regularization process.
