Nearly $45,260 US was seized Friday, August 21, 2026, at Cap-Haïtien International Airport during an operation conducted by customs agents with the support of the Bureau for the Fight against Drug Trafficking (BLTS). The seizure occurred during the screening of a passenger arriving from the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Identified by authorities as SUPERME Guideline, the traveler was apprehended immediately after the discovery of this substantial sum of money. The Haitian National Police specify that the operation was carried out with the participation of BLTS agents assigned to the airport.

Following her arrest, SUPERME Guideline was handed over to the competent authorities for further proceedings as provided by law. The PNH indicates that judicial follow-up should now establish the circumstances surrounding the possession and transport of this sum.
