Alix Didier Fils-Aimé reaffirmed that his government, in coordination with the Transitional Presidential Council, is committed to organizing free, transparent, and inclusive elections in an environment of heightened security. He also stressed the need to mobilize the necessary resources at every stage of the process.
The CEP outlined actions already underway, such as the upcoming installation of departmental electoral and referendum offices, preparation of facilities for polling centers, and the introduction of technological tools to improve efficiency. Regional assessments have already identified field priorities.
The head of government emphasized that tackling insecurity is an essential condition for successful elections. He called for active citizen participation, highlighting the crucial role of young people and women in rebuilding a Haiti based on stability, justice, and democratic legitimacy.
