Testimony from Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent Martin Suarez before a federal court in Miami has exposed serious shortcomings in the handling of the crime scene.
The investigator admitted that no fingerprints or DNA samples were collected, despite the presence of significant blood evidence and bullet impacts inside the presidential residence.
He stated that more than forty pieces of evidence—including shell casings, communication equipment, and tactical gear—were collected but never analyzed.
These revelations further weaken the credibility of the initial investigation, as the defense now relies on these gaps to challenge the strength of the case.
