New Class of Inspectors to Strengthen Security at Cap-Haïtien International Airport

A new class of National Security Inspectors at Cap-Haïtien International Airport was officially certified at the Aviation Training Center of the National Office of Civil Aviation (OFNAC).

The graduation ceremony took place on February 12, 2026, marking a key step in strengthening airport security.

Presided over by OFNAC Director General Réginald Guignard, the ceremony gathered inspectors and institutional leaders around a message of rigor and responsibility.

The Office reaffirmed its determination to “maintain a high level of compliance” with International Civil Aviation Organization standards.

Through this certification, OFNAC underscores its commitment to investing sustainably in the training and professionalization of aviation security personnel.

“Congratulations to the new National Security Inspectors,” the institution declared, recognizing a class expected to play a strategic role in aviation safety in Haiti.
