Miradin Morlan officially assumed his duties as Director of the Presidential Cabinet on Thursday, February 13, 2025, during a ceremony held at the Villa d’Accueil. A former Director General of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI), he was appointed to this position on January 22 by the Transitional Presidential Council (CPT). He succeeds Jean-Victor Harvel Jean-Baptiste, who has now been named Minister of Foreign Affairs and Religious Affairs.
During the ceremony, Miradin Morlan received his official appointment letter from the President of the CPT, Leslie Voltaire, thus formalizing his assumption of office.
