Weapons and Sensitive Equipment Seized During Alfredo Antoine’s Arrest

April 7, 2025

The police operation that led to the arrest of Alfredo Antoine in Morne Calvaire, within the commune of Pétion-Ville, resulted in the seizure of significant equipment. Agents from the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ in French) confiscated three firearms, including two high-caliber rifles, along with several rounds of ammunition, nine mobile phones, a digital tablet, and a radio communication device.

These items—both offensive and strategic in nature—raise suspicions of involvement in illicit activities. The presence of advanced communication tools and automatic weapons points to a high level of operational preparedness, suggesting the potential threat posed by the arrested individual.

As a reminder, Alfredo Antoine, former deputy for Kenscoff, had been actively sought by the DCPJ since February 18, 2025. He stands accused of conspiracy against the internal security of the State, financing of criminal groups, complicity in assassination, and criminal conspiracy
