ULCC on Alert: Former FNE Director General Jean Ronald Joseph Actively Sought

The Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC) has issued a wanted notice for Jean Ronald Joseph, former Director General of the National Education Fund (FNE). He is accused of abuse of authority, embezzlement of public property, misuse of corporate assets, and obstruction of justice.

In accordance with the decree of September 8, 2004, the ULCC is empowered to identify offenses, gather evidence, and track down offenders. The institution may also request the assistance of law enforcement to ensure the execution of its duties.

The notice urges anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact the Haitian National Police (PNH) or the ULCC directly. Authorities emphasize the importance of public cooperation to ensure justice in this sensitive case.

The search for Jean Ronald Joseph is part of an ongoing criminal investigation conducted by the ULCC within the FNE. The process reflects the institution’s commitment to ending corruption and ensuring sound public administration.
