Former Customs Director Julcène Édouard Wanted for Financial Crimes and Arms Trafficking

Former Director General of Haitian Customs, Julcène Édouard, is actively being sought by the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ), according to an official notice recently released.

The former senior official is under investigation for several serious offenses linked to organized crime.

Authorities suspect him of involvement in illegal arms and ammunition trafficking, money laundering, terrorist financing, tax fraud, and criminal conspiracy.

This move is part of a broad judicial operation aimed at dismantling illicit financial networks operating nationwide.

The DCPJ calls on the public to cooperate with law enforcement to assist ongoing investigations.
