At Least Four Arrested After the Killing of Two Young Girls in Camp-Perrin

December 17, 2025

The mayor of Camp-Perrin confirmed that four individuals were arrested as part of the investigation opened after the tragedy that occurred during the night of December 6–7. She specified that authorities are multiplying efforts to restore order in the area.

Without disclosing the suspects’ identities, the mayor indicated that two other individuals are actively sought, including Samson Estinvil, described as the director of the gambling company La Différence borlette. A man known as “Patchouco” is also on the run after escaping an arrest attempt.

Initial investigation elements report that two young girls, Velanda and Valentina Gaspard, were executed by unidentified armed individuals. The assailants reportedly burst into the residence of the former owner of La Différence borlette, where the widow and her nieces still lived.

The widow was seriously injured, and the motives remain unknown at this stage. Authorities say they are continuing to collect testimonies to determine the exact circumstances and formally identify all responsible parties.
